Payment:
First, pay the purchase amount. You can then transfer the deposit amount to the bank. We will provide you with the bank details.

Return Form:
You will receive a return slip with your order delivery. Return address and all details will be shown.

Old Part Return:
Send your old part back to us with the completed return form and sufficient postage. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Old parts must be returned within 15 days of order receipt.

Deposit Refund:
After receiving your old part, you will typically receive your deposit refund within 4-5 working days. We cannot accommodate installation/expansion and additional costs.
